NUTRITION SERVICES

1:1 Nutritional Health Coaching Session: This is a one on one session where we will discuss your primary and secondary foods. An example of topics we may discuss are relationships with food, how your lifestyle impacts how and what you eat, cravings and how to deconstruct them, and goal setting and execution. Topics vary based on the individual. Three Month & Six Month Program(s) available. Three Month Program consist of 6 sessions for 3 months. Six Month Program consist of 12 sessions for 6 months.

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Investment: $75

Macro Nutrient Profile: This plan is for the person who wants to either lose weight, gain weight, or maintain their current weight in a healthy way following a macro nutrient, customized protocol. I will find the appropriate chemical element (ie. macronutrients) that is essential in relatively large amounts to the growth and health of your specific body type. I will also find your daily caloric intake based on your body composition and goals.

  • Investment: $75

Custom Meal Plan: Custom 7 day meal plans focus on the individual’s goal of either weight loss, weight gain, or maintaining current weight. It is highly recommended to get your initial macros nutrient profile done before you order a custom meal plan. A question and answer sheet will be emailed to you to fill out and email back to Kayla before she put together your custom meal plan. Questions include food likes and dislikes, how many times a day you eat, and any specific details or things you’d like included in your custom meal plan. Grocery list included.

Nutritional Check-In: A one-on-one session to check in with progress, go over questions about a meal plan, or discuss new eating plan or regimens.

  • Duration: 30 minutes

Virtual Pantry Peek-In : Learn how to stock and organize a healthy pantry with Kayla. She will visit your home virtually, look through your pantry, create a list of healthy substitutes for current pantry items, and help you to re-organize and design a more functional and pleasing pantry. Health starts in your kitchen. Getting rid of foods that are not supporting our goals is a step toward better health!

  • Duration: 60 minutes

Virtual Fridge Makeover: How many food items, dressings, and expired products do you have in your fridge? Is your fridge functional? When you open your fridge, can you easily access healthy and ready to eat food items to achieve better health? Kayla will visit your home virtually, help you clean out your fridge over Zoom, and then assist you in restocking your fridge so food is more accessible and pleasing. She will create a list of healthy fridge staples for you and offer fridge storage recommendations. Next time you open your fridge, you will want to eat more healthy and readily available food items! A clean and healthy fridge is a step toward better health!
