We do not provide cycle shoes or have them to rent. You can wear clean sneakers or SPD compatible clip cycle shoes on our bikes!

We have towels for rent for $2 or for sale if you forget one! If you are a VIP Member, we offer complimentary towel service. Just stop by the front desk on your way into class!

We do require a yoga mat for our fitness and yoga classes. You can bring your own or we have mats for rent or to purchase!

You are welcome to bring your own, but we do have water and other beverages for sale if you forget your water!

Members can book classes 10 days in advance and class passes holders can book classes 7 days in advance. This is one of the many perks to becoming a member!

We no longer have the ability to freeze memberships.
