Ceara is a certified Buti Yoga Instructor. From her very first Buti Yoga class she took, she knew this practice was meant for her to share with others! She quickly became obsessed and was certified in 2019. When she is not teaching, she is a full time preschool teacher!

Favorite class move: anything cardio…love me some high knees and burpees. And of course static shaking!
Guilty pleasure: anything caramel, new workout clothes, and a good grocery store.
