Nicole Wellbeloved
Owner, Health Coach + Fitness Instructor

Nicole Wellbeloved opened Wellbeloved Wellness in 2013 inspired by a passion for helping others enhance their quality of life through a sustainable total wellness program of mind, body and spirit.

Nicole's own journey toward wellness began when she successfully completed the Ideal Protein protocol in September 2010 with a weight loss of 30 pounds and 17.5 inches. Motivated to make a healthier lifestyle accessible to more people, Nicole opened her own Ideal Protein clinic, Wellbeloved Wellness, in partnership with cardiologist  Dr. Peter P. Chiotellis. Later, they launched a satellite location in his Heart Center, in Hyannis.  

Later, after years of running and challenging sessions with personal trainers, Nicole finally found the perfect workout in BeyondBarre, a true cardio ballet program that offers total-body sculpting, toning and strengthening in one amazing class.  After following in love with the technique and the results it brings, Nicole became certified as an instructor and decided to bring the first and only BeyondBarre studio to Massachusetts at Wellbeloved Wellness. 

Today, Wellbeloved Wellness offers fitness, skincare and life coaching solutions to round our the total-body approach that is their signature. 

Nicole lives in Cotuit with her husband and three children.


Stephanie Aycock
Personal Trainer + Fitness Instructor

Stephanie Aycock specializes in creating customized fitness programs for her clients, with the goal of getting the results they want while enabling them to enjoy the process. 

Stephanie’s love of fitness began at seven years old when she began gymnastics and dance classes. Her passion for dance continued through her late teens, when she attended her first step class while at college. An interest in weight training followed and Stephanie went on to get her first group fitness certification.

As fitness trends and research evolve, Stephanie prides herself on staying up to date on the tools and techniques that will make a difference for her clients. Expect to work hard, push your limits and have fun while you transform your health!


Cristina Wilchynski
Health Coach + Office Manager

Cristina Wilchynski began her weight loss journey in February 2013.  She lost 43 pounds using the Ideal Protein protocol, a process that she says changed her life. After 12 years in the mortgage industry, Cristina decided to follow her passion for helping others with their weight loss journey. 

Cristina is now a full-time Ideal Protein coach and office manager with Wellbeloved Wellness.  She is proud to have maintained her weight loss and continues to love what she does.  



Nancy Lancaster
Health Coach

Nancy Lancaster started the Ideal Protein Protocol in March 2012. After completing Ideal Protein and losing 30 pounds, Nancy joined the Wellbeloved Wellness team a year later as a marketing consultant and, later, as a coach. She now conducts Ideal Protein Workshops for Wellbeloved Wellness.

Nancy is also dedicated to the sustainability of weight loss for Wellbeloved Wellness clients. She is committed to working with clients to maintain their weight loss and finding the individual commitment within that is required for clients to change the way they think about food and health. The Ideal Protein protocol phases 1-3 are a bridge that leads to successful weight loss. Phase 4 is the critical part of the protocol , where we determine how we eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nancy challenges clients to make that lifelong commitment through behavioral change and provides the tools for them to live better and grow stronger in our maintenance program. She loves to share tips and hints for keeping healthy cooking simple and delicious.

Nancy also owns Market Plus LLC, a market research consulting firm. She lives in Cotuit with her husband Mark and three daughters. 

Kayla McAdams                                               Fitness Instructor

Kayla attended Cape Cod Community College for two years and quickly become intrigued with her health science classes and how important our health is to live a fulfilling life. Along with her strong passion she has for whole body Health and wellness, she realized that she wanted to pursue a career that helps people on their journeys to create a healthy lifestyle. She is currently attending the Integrative Institute of Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach. A big part of her healthy lifestyle has been physical fitness. She figure skated and did ballet throughout her high school career.  She also loves lifting weights, spinning, and hot Bikram yoga. She fell in love with the full body workout Barre gives your body and as soon as the opportunity was presented to her to become a BeyondBarre instructor, she took it!  Kayla currently resides in Falmouth with her boyfriend Jacob.

Julia Marquette                                          Fitness Instructor

Julia is currently a Nutrition and Dietetics major at Simmons College in Boston, MA. She has been intrigued by wellness, fitness, and nutrition since a young age and hopes to eventually become a Registered Dietitian and share her passion with others. She has been a dancer since she was three years old and is now a dance company member at her college. She loves trying new forms of exercise and believes that it is important for everyone to find the form of exercise they love and enjoy it to the fullest.

Julia loves how Barre combines her love of ballet with weights and a full body workout. She became MECA Barre certified in February, has recently become BeyondBarre certified, and plans to continue to get more fitness certifications in the future. She hopes to inspire others to challenge themselves while having fun. You will always find her with a big smile on her face and full of positive energy!


Rachel Thomas
Health Coach

Rachel started her Ideal Protein journey in April 2014. After just 44 weeks on the strict program, she has lost over 171 pounds and 80 inches! Rachel started coaching for Wellbeloved Wellness after being on the program for less than six months.

Today, Rachel maintains her weight loss with the support of Wellbeloved Wellness and by following the maintenance program provided by Ideal Protein. She is thrilled to be expecting her first baby in January 2016, a gift that Rachel attributes to her weight loss with the Ideal Protein team at Wellbeloved Wellness.  

Rachel is passionate about Ideal Protein because she relates to the struggle many have with weight loss, knows that this program works and loves coaching others on their journey to wellness.  If you are interested in changing your life and being the best that you can be, Rachel would love to help you achieve - and exceed - that goal.


Jennifer Stern
Health Coach

Jennifer Stern began her Ideal Protein journey in September 2013 and met her weight loss goal within three months, losing 33 pounds and 21 inches. She has maintained her weight loss with the continued support of the Wellbeloved Wellness team and following the phase 4 protocol. Jennifer has been so inspired by the success of the Ideal Protein program she now guides others on their journey to wellness as a coach.

As a licensed real estate agent, and with fifteen years' experience as a flight attendant for a major airline, Jennifer loves interacting with people. She is an avid spin-class attendee and can be found working out at least four day a week!  Jennifer is always challenging herself by taking new classes and after just one BeyondBarre class she was hooked. Jennifer also loves to cook and try new recipes (not all a success) and share all the tips she has learned. Eating healthy, staying active and mixing up her routine are an important part of Jennifer's lifestyle.

Jennifer grew up on Cape Cod, in Centerville, and raised her two boys in Marstons Mills. She now lives in Mashpee with her husband and 12-year-old Doberman.


Denise Glover                                            Fitness Instructor

Denise has a BS in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and an inherent love of fitness and dance.   She is a lucky Mom of 3 who enjoys reading, outdoor adventures and traveling with family and friends.  She enjoys running and interval training classes but considers Barre her favorite workout!  She hopes to inspire people to enjoy exercise and music through her fitness classes.  Denise loves creating new playlists and mixing up her Barre routines to keep her classes fun and fresh!  Denise & her husband love raising their kids here on Cape Cod.


Dr. Peter Chiotellis
Cardiologist + Ideal Protein Program Partner

Cardiologist Dr. Peter Chiotellis is a member of The Heart Center, which, in addition to providing preventative and diagnostic cardiac care, is a satellite location for Wellbeloved Wellness’ Ideal Protein program.

 Dr. Chiotellis joined The Heart Center in July 2009 following the completion of his internal medicine and cardiology fellowship training at Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, an affiliate of Tufts University. Upon graduating from the program, he received the esteemed Krishnaswamy Ramaswamy Cardiology Award for Most Outstanding Fellow. Prior to training in Boston, Dr. Chiotellis received his medical degree from University College Dublin Medical School in Dublin, Ireland in 2003. 

Dr. Chiotellis is not completely new to the Heart Center. Beyond childhood memories of visiting his father there as an adolescent growing up on Cape Cod, he spent summers throughout medical school clerking under his father’s tutelage and training to perform echocardiograms and stress tests. Dr. Chiotellis humbly confesses that he continually sought his father’s professional advice during 12 years of medical study and will continue to confer in the practice. “I grew up with medicine in the home. My father was the best role model as a dad and as a physician.”
