HealthTrac App

We use the HealthTrac App (find it in the app store) to share access to all of the fundamental tools you'll need to keep yourself on track and stay motivated. 

We will help you modify the app to suit your specific goals and start tracking your calories consumed, calories remaining, pounds lost, pounds you would like to lose, and daily exercise. Along with all these features there is also a personal journal you can use to write a bit about your successes or struggles so you can always be improving. 

Your Wellbeloved Wellness coach will be able to access your account in the app in order to help you stay accountable and better communicate with you about your progress.
