Fitness Class Descriptions

DO NOT FEAR THE WAIT LIST…our classes typically fill up quickly so put yourself on the wait list, do not fear it. If you have been added to the class you will receive an email and a text. So make sure you have your email + cellphone number in your Mind Body account.


Barre Fusion: A combination of barre work and resistance training for upper and lower body.  Get ready to lengthen, sculpt and tone your entire body working with the barre, bands, balls and hand weights. For an extra cardio challenge, we may add in some Tabata training (working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds for 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes)! 
Level: beginner + beyond

Bootcamp:  Combines the lengthening and strengthening moves of a Barre class with some intervals of Tabata drills, kickboxing and TRX training. It is a full body workout targeting all your muscles, including your heart!!  
Level: + beyond

TRX Bootcamp:  While combining Barre and the TRX suspension system, we bring in new techniques and choreography to challenge your body and push your limits.   
Level: + beyond

Cardio KickBarre: Challenge all muscle groups and SWEAT with 30 minutes high energy cardio combos of punches, kicks, & plyometric training set to awesome playlists (no choreography, can be done high or low impact).  Then hit the barre and mat for 30 minutes of weights, balls, bands and MECA wedge to increase strength, endurance and flexibility.

Hot BarreBell: Class is a heated Barre class combined with basic kettlebell/dumbbell, bands, balls + Cardio Bursts. It can be done with or without kettlebells so this class is for all levels. Expect to feel the burn!  This is a head to work out.

Buti Yoga

Fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. THE RESULT: long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.
Level: beginner + beyond

Kids Edition - Buti Yoga Pop Up Classes

Ages: 6-12 years old

A 45-minute Buti Yoga class with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. 

Notes: We do not use the infrared light during the Kids Edition class and **ALL music playlists will be CLEAN versions**

No shoes allowed in the Barre & Buti Yoga Studio. For Barre classes you must wear sticky socks. If you do not have your own we sell them at the studio for $15

Please bring yoga mat to class. Don’t have one, no worries we rent them for $2

Upon arrival, please check in with the front desk team.

New Clients: We ask that New Clients to WW Barre + Buti Yoga Studio + Elite Nation Cycle arrive and check in AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to the start of class to set up yourself up for an awesome ride, choose your spot or favorite bike and adjust your settings. If you’ve never taken class with us, don’t worry. Our instructors will help you get started. Be sure to let them know if you have any injuries or concerns. Please know that New Clients will not be allowed into the Cycle Studio or Barre + Buti Studio once the class has officially started.

Returning Clients:  If you have not arrived 2 MINUTES PRIOR to the start of class your bike or mat may be released to someone on the wait list or a walk-in. If you know you are running late, please give us a call (508) 221-8911 and we will hold that bike or mat up to 2 MINUTES BEFORE class starts.

** Please Note: Please arrive to classes 10-15 minutes early to get your spot.  We start all classes on time, if studio curtains are closed you may not enter the class, door will be locked.  Entering late is a disruption to all classes**
Cancellation Policy for all classes

If you sign up for a class in advance but can no longer make it, you can cancel your registration without penalty up to 6 hours prior to the start of class. Please cancel through the MindBody App or by calling the studio (508.221.8911).

If you LATE CANCEL your registration for a class that you pre-registered for (6 HOURS prior to the class start time), the following penalties will be assessed:

  • Unlimited package holders: you will incur a $10 fee

  • Class card holders or pre-paid drop-ins: you will lose your class credit + incur a $10 fee

NO-SHOW for a class that you pre-registered for, the following penalties will be assessed:

  • Unlimited package holders: you will incur a $20 fee

  • Class card holders or pre-paid drop-ins: you will lose your class credit + will incur a $20 fee

  • Please understand that our studios are small and we cap all of our classes.  If you do not go in to cancel your class if you can not make it, it takes a spot away from someone who wanted to take the class.
