Barre Fusion :: A combination of barre work and resistance training for upper and lower body.  Get ready to lengthen, sculpt and tone your entire body working with the barre, bands, balls and hand weights. For an extra cardio challenge, we may add in some Tabata training (working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds for 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes)!  Level: beginner + beyond

M.E.C.A Barre ::  A balance of traditional Barre work with integrated M.E.C.A core work.  This class is a full body workout focused on long, long lean muscles and increased core strengthening without the traditional negative penalty on back.

Barre Bootcamp ::  Combines the lengthening and strengthening moves of a Barre class with some intervals of Tabata drills, kickboxing and TRX training. It is a full body workout targeting all your muscles, including your heart!!

Barre Suspend ::  While combining Barre and the TRX suspension system, we bring in new techniques and choreography to challenge your body and push your limits.
 

Buti Yoga

Fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. THE RESULT - long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves. 

Bring to class mat, H2O + towel.  Level: beginner + beyond
