We are so lucky that Nicole has joined our Wellbeloved Wellness Fitness team. Our students who have been taking her classes are absolutely loving her. So we thought it would be great for all of you to find out a little bit more about Nicole and her life.
Q: Why did you choose to become a fitness instructor at Wellbeloved Wellness?
A: The supportive atmosphere! I am so lucky to get a chance to work alongside so many great women - some of whom I have known since I moved to the Cape 15 years ago!
Q: What drew you to barre and becoming an instructor?
A: As a group exercise instructor I was impressed at how much strength, flexibility, athleticism, and grace my daughters, Mia and Savannah, gained from their dance classes. I knew I had to try barre the first chance I got. One class and I was hooked!
Q: Favorite post workout meal?
A: Chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie! Blend together chocolate protein powder, almond milk, powdered peanut butter, frozen banana and spinach. It's delicious!
Q: What would people be surprised to know about you?
A: I was a professor of political science for 10 years.
Q: If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring and why?
A: I'm one of those practical people that always think of a way off of the island. Plus, we love to travel and enjoy the finer things...So, I would bring a beautiful (fully stocked and staffed) luxury yacht, my family and friends and we would have a wonderful adventure.

A: I love to walk the beach collecting sea glass.
