Q: Why did you first come to Wellbeloved Wellness & how did you hear about us?
A: Because I was very overweight and sick of it. My best friend told me about wellbeloved wellness.
Q: How much weight did you lose?
A: 108 lbs
Q: What is your favorite Ideal Protein recipe?
A: Rutabega fries! My whole family loves them.
Q: What is the one thing you credit your ability to maintain your weight?
A: Eating balanced meals, watching labels and portion control ... sorry its 3 but they all go hand in hand
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: my daughter
Q: What is in your fridge right now?
A: Lots of veggies, fruit, yogurt, chicken, ground turkey, lunchmeat and Polar Selzer
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your free time A: I enjoy knitting but am currently needlepointing a stocking for my daughter
Q: What is something you would like to learn to do?
A: I would like to learn CPR, incase I was ever in a situation that it was needed.
Q: What is one of your favorite indulgences? A: Definitely cake

Q: Where is the one place you would like to visit and why?
A: I would love to visit the UK because of all the history, amazing landscapes and of course the castles!
